About this guide

An honest directory,
built to help you choose well.

Thailand has hundreds of aesthetic and medical clinics. Some are excellent. Some are not. This guide exists to help you tell the difference — without paid placements, without conflicts of interest, and without pretending everything is fine when it isn't.

Our mission

Why this site exists

Most clinic directories in Thailand are effectively advertising platforms. Rankings are bought. "Top 10" lists are paid editorial. Even sites that look like neutral guides are often operated by clinic groups or marketing agencies with undisclosed relationships.

We built this guide to do the opposite: apply the same consistent standards to every clinic, publish honest pros and cons, and never sell a placement. If a clinic doesn't meet the bar, it doesn't appear. If it has real weaknesses, we say so — even if the clinic is popular or well-marketed.

Our audience is people who actually live in Thailand — Thai residents, expats, long-term visitors — who need to make real health decisions and deserve an honest resource to help them do it. We are not writing for medical tourists booking a trip from abroad.

We know that a person considering laser treatment for hyperpigmentation, or a skin-tightening procedure, is making a choice that affects their health and their money. That is not something we take lightly.

Who we are

The team behind this guide

Transparency matters on a health site, so here is exactly who is making these judgements — and who is not.

A message from our editorial team

Independent editorial team · 10+ years following aesthetic medicine

We are an independent editorial team with more than 10 years of experience in the aesthetic clinic industry.

Over the years, we have followed the growth of aesthetic medicine closely — from injectables, laser treatments, skin tightening devices, facial contouring, body treatments, to patient safety standards. Our experience helps us understand both the strengths and weaknesses of different clinics, treatments, technologies, and service approaches.

Our goal is to help readers make better-informed decisions when choosing an aesthetic clinic. We review clinics by looking at important factors such as doctor experience, treatment quality, technology used, product authenticity, safety standards, pricing transparency, patient reviews, and overall service experience.

We believe that no clinic is perfect for everyone. Each clinic has its own advantages, limitations, specialties, and style of care. That is why our reviews aim to be balanced, practical, and easy to understand — so readers can compare options clearly and choose what best fits their needs.

Our mission is to make aesthetic clinic information more transparent, trustworthy, and helpful for patients who want safe and high-quality beauty treatments.

How we review

Our research process

Every clinic is assessed against the same six criteria, using the same process — no shortcuts for well-known names.

1

Verify credentials publicly

We check the Thai Medical Council's public registry for physician licences and the Ministry of Public Health's database for facility registration. If a credential cannot be verified independently, we say so.

2

Assess equipment claims

Branded laser and RF devices have authorised distributor networks and serial numbers. We look for evidence of genuine, licensed equipment — not just a brand logo displayed on a machine of uncertain origin.

3

Read real reviews critically

We look at verified review platforms and discount reviews that lack detail or credibility signals. We weigh volume, recency and consistency — not raw star averages, which are easily gamed.

4

Test pricing transparency

We contact clinics as prospective patients to understand how pricing is communicated, whether costs are published in advance, and whether any pressure sales tactics appear during or after the inquiry.

5

Accept no compensation

No clinic pays for placement, positive coverage, or to be listed at all. We have no affiliate fees, referral arrangements, or advertising relationships with any clinic we review or mention.

6

Update and correct

Clinics change. Staff move. Equipment gets upgraded — or quietly replaced. We revisit rankings periodically, and if you spot an error or know of a relevant change, we want to hear about it.

Our commitments

What we will not do

Sell placements

No clinic pays to appear in this directory, to be ranked higher, or to be featured. If that ever changes, we will disclose it clearly and prominently — not bury it in fine print.

Invent or inflate facts

Every detail about a clinic — credentials, equipment, location, operating history — must be verifiable. We do not write marketing copy dressed as editorial. All clinics listed are real and researched before appearing.

Use token cons

Fake balance — listing one trivial quibble to make an otherwise glowing review seem objective — is a form of dishonesty. Every clinic listed has real, considered pros and cons. If we cannot find genuine weaknesses, we look harder.

Give medical advice

This guide helps you research and shortlist. It is not a substitute for a consultation with a licensed medical professional who can assess your specific skin type, health history and treatment goals. Always verify a clinic's credentials directly before booking.
